 Modelling 1:1, that is.

I have absolutely never heard of this. A tram dressed up as a tank, used in fundraising in WWI. A replica of a replica.

Now that would get quite a bit of novelty interest on a period model railway/tramway at exhibitions

This is quite a coincidence. It so happens that I live a few hundred yards from the tram shed. It's in Heaton Park, in Manchester, UK, as referred to here: https://landships.activeboard.com/t70539942/id-and-place-this-tank/

The park is big - 900 acres - and the trams run in it in the summer. Do a bit of googling.

I knew about the trams, but only learned about the Tank Tram recently. I would imagine they'd run it on anniversaries connected with the Great War.

(Incidentally, the single-deck tram in the picture has "Manchester Square" on its destination board. That's nothing to do with Manchester - Manchester Square is in Blackpool, about 50 miles away. Blackpool has probably the most famous tram network in the UK. Confused?)
