It was at the end on 1918. This photo is coming from the " Fonds photos Jules Louis Breton" of ECPA-D (Fort d'Ivry - Paris).
Equipments never built and tested in Chalais-Meudon inside the "Service Technique de l'Artillerie Spéciale".
