Vehicle Markings - Equipment Regulations

Does anyone have access to a copy of Equipment Regulations, Part 1, 1912?  If so, could they let me have a scan or photocopy of Appendix XX which apparently deals with the marking of British Army vehicles?

This is likely to deal with horse-drawn vehicles rather than MT but would be of interest to me as the system probably continued into the war years.
