Did anyone know anything about German armoured Vehicles (Tracked, Halftrack or Wheeled) which were in Service with the German Troops in Palestine????????

I recall reading somewhere that a few Ehrhardt E-V/4 1917 armoured cars were in the Middle East. I will have to see if I can dig up the document.

Ehrhardts were only in the Caucasus, none can be accounted for in Palestine. However, a British source mentions combat between a couple of Rolls Royce ACs and a Turskish AC, thought to have been given to the Turks by the Germans.
The description is very scant, might be something like a Mannesmann-Mulag or a makeshift armoured lorry (steel wheels are mentioned and flaps like those found on Ehrhardts and Mulags, but no turret).

I take this picture from Heigl. It's titled: Armoured Train in Syria. - Looking at the armoured body, this could have been an armoured car before. It has the typical flaps also found on Ehrhardt's and other German armour. The front part looks improvised - a missing bonnet?
