What is such (a red framework)? The Name? In that case - whether there is an image of this inscription more precise?

There are not many French words beginning with "K" so I could offer "Le Kraken" . The word "kraken" was certainly known at the time through the Jules Verne books. But I cannot be sure this is the correct word because I fail to identify the vertical bar of the low-case k in the middle of the word...

You can read the story of that tank called "Petit Jean Pas Kamerad" at this landships link:

As the article says, the slogan on the Tank can be translated as "No Mercy", or "We Accept No Surrender".

On the Tank it's spelt Kamarad, which indicates that it was painted by a French crew. It should be Kamerad.

Bonsoir,

It'is not a crocodile but a "Caïman". It was the name of the Groupe AS 38 given by Capitaine Rime-Bruneau (the Group's commander). This caîman was also paint on the other tanks of the Groupe.
This St Chamond was captured in Lataule during the battle of Méry (180611). The tank is breaking down inside Lataule's cimetry. All the team was captured by the 91° IR. The tank's commander was the Maréchal des Logis Durand.
In Juin 1919 the French Army was already searching this tank . . . .
