These are the only two that I know of. The second one has had mixed reviews, but I don't know anything about the first one. Have a google.

"Spearhead to Victory" by Daniel G. Dancocks (Hurtig, 1987) gives a good account of the Canadian Corps role in this campaign.

How come there never seems to be any books on the French in English?
