Hopefully it'll all be over by Christmas! Progress here is glacial.I'm backdating the Milicast Roller to something approaching LC^340,one of the Duke of Westminster's cars. The photo I'm basing it on is p136 FourteenEighteen,by John Masters. It's also used in a composite photo with Lawrence of Arabia, on the cover of SCRolls' Steel Chariots in the Desert, and would appear to be converted to a tender in the final photo of Seven Pillars of Wisdom. Disc wheels are drilled out ,replaced with etch from aircraft &plastic rod hubs. Plasticard box is built between rear wheels, driver's visor is plasticard.Bonnet details are replaced withsprue,Vickers tripod on running board is scratchbuilt, rope is sewing thread soaked in Klear.RH running board stowage is a generic tarpaulin. It's not a patch on your scratch built one, Richard! TTFN Marcus
Wow, that looks gorgeous Marcus. When I was back home for a couple of weeks (ending yesterday) I dry fitted some of the Reviresco Roller, should be a nice kit when done, although won't be a for a while yet
I think it's looking pretty good, Marcus. Mine's more of a conversion than an actual scratchbuild. Entex has already done most of the hard work on this project. For those that are interested, I've made some progress on the new rear axle.

Hi guys! The emperor is back (atleast for the moment )!
A roller-build sounds swell! I suppose anything on wheels fit that category, right? I was thinking of doing my RPM 1/72 Mack Bulldog with PE from PART.
When is the deadline? Not too early I hope, as I'm currently participating in several group-builds...
Ah! I guess I'll have to pass on the group-build then. I'm anticipating the rumored Rolls Royce AC in plastic, and won't buildany otheruntil it's released (which may take forever).
