sometime ago I found this set of plans on a russian site which I believe to be very accurate, they look good anyway...

This is the template for scratch-building a Schneider in 1/35 by Raoul Chatillon, originally published in MPM. Many thanks to lostiznaos (Gilles Thomas) for the tip-off that led to it and to Ironsides for additional material, as they say.

Thanks for the link!
Nice to see the article online.
If anybody vould like to use the drawings and templates to built a CA-1, just notice that the overall dimensions are correct, but there are a lot of simplifications it could be better to correct, ie the floor sould be moved;
regards
Gilles(Lostiznaos)

Au contraire. Thank you.

If you compare the 1/72 plan on the site (top) with Steve Zaloga's 1/76 one (bottom) there is quite a difference in several of the dimensions.

I've only glanced through the text up to now. Anybody want me to translate into English?

Nice spotting James. If you compare the two with photos of the real thing, I would go with Mr. Zaloga's effort. The running gear is too small, and the MG position too large, on Mr. Chatillon's version.

Hello, this is my first attempt to post pictures here. They are from ebay, I am not connected to the sellers. Hope these are of interest. Regards, Pat
