Another Pigeon Vehicle

Horse-drawn pigeon loft of the Royal Engineers Signal Corps, 1915. Can't tell the location from the background, but presumably in France/Belgium. Colour scheme appears to be the same as that on some of the bus ones. One theory is that it helped the pigeons to recognise it.

Looks just like the one produced by Scale Link in 1/32 scale, only theirs is minus the horses etc

It certainly does, Paul.   I believe the kit is now available with a horse team for a collective price of 100 pounds( roughly 200 USA dollars ).   It is built on their excellent General Service Wagon; a fine kit in itself.

While on the subject of Scale Link; does anyone recall their intended release of the 18Pdr & limber ?   That was in the late 80s I believe.
