This vehicle has been discussed previously( see my post of 9/20/06 for full discription). Basically it was a late war developement, and retained by the RW as an SPG, and not an AA vehicle.
AA guns being banned (for Germany) under the terms of the ToV all AA sights were removed although I understand a clandestine stock was retained allowing the guns to be re converted should the RW feel the need.
