Does anyone have a definitive colour range for the 18pdr from start of service to end?

Presumably the last ones (1945) were British Army Deep Bronze Green, while earlier ones would have been British Army Equipment Grey?

Have you tried the Osprey title British Artillery 1914-19 Field Army Artillery ( New Vanguard 94 )

Yes,

But I'm looking at a model of an RHA 1smile.gifdr, and this could be different from the usual field arty.

The pigments used to make up the paint would have come from the same source no matter who the user was. Dark Bronze Green is an unlikely colour even for a 1945 example though as this shade didn't appear until 1948 or even later.

BTW I was looking at the NAM's Mark II at the weekend and they seem to have painted it a nondescript colour best described as 'drab'.
