This is a conversion, from an WWII MG to an WWI model:

The ammo-boxes are scratch-built

Howdy Wolhodden,

Just wandering back to this wonderful website after a much-too-long absence and was perusing the threads and came across your work......

Must say, I really like what you're doing.  I have often thought about doing something quite similar to what you are doing.  Only my idea revolved a tad more around the 'whole' picture of superdetailing some of the available, large scale GI-Joe, 21st Century, etc. lione of large scale toys.

I don't suppose you keep any type of build log chronicling {sp?} your efforts do you?  I have a fairly extensive background in scratchbuilding museum-scale projects and would love to peek over your shoulder as it were to maybe pick up a pointer or two if you don't mind?

I especially enjoyed your MG sub-carriage treatment : - )

Many thx in advance,

Semper Fi!

Tread.
