Somewhat off-topic, but the pic on the right is said to be a prototype German design from 1942, allegedly constructed without any knowledge of the Treffas (left).  It seems that the Big Wheel idea dies hard.

It looks as if it might have been a first prototype of that mine exploding vehicle that ended up in a Russian tank museum where it still resides today. The configuration is essentially the same.

It is an experimental vehicle, called Lauster Wargel LW 3.
Two 75hp Tatra engines / 7,65 Tons, that's all I could find out.
