Hi from the new member,

wondering if anyone knew what was the standard motorcycle for the German Army in WWI was? which motorcycles with sidecars did the germans use? Im guessing it would be NSU models? but I've never seen one with a sidecar. Any photos? Thanks in advance

CJ

NSU was the main bike (see photo) but a few Triumphs also used. The 1915 NSU 7 PS was fitted with a side car with a Maxim which could be either fired rearward or dismounted.
