Greetings, Attached is a photo of an Armstrong-Whitworth Armor Car in the hands of Japanese Soldiers in Vladivostock in 1919. I assume it is one of 36 Armstrong-Whitworth cars delivered to the Tsar between 1913 and 1916.
My question, though, is this: Does anyone know the circumstances in which the Japanese soldiers came into possession of this (or even other) Armstrong-Whitworth armored car?
It is a russian built in Vladivostok anno 1919 (maybe by work "Dalzavod") armoured car on chassis of "American Fiat" - ONLY THREE this ACs was build, 1x with one turrel and 2x with two sponsons.
