This is a French De Dion Bouton.  You can se its ammunition carrier or 'Auto-Caisson' behind.

Looks like the model 1913 of the French auto-canon 75 mm AA on de Dion-Bouton chassis. At the back, behind it, one can see the ammunition carrier on the same chassis. AC75 AA was  supplied in small numbers to UK and Belgium, probably to AEF as well.
