That looks like a Bussing IIIA to me. Someone can probably add more to my wild guess.

Note that inscription on ruined house is not in Kyrillic, but seems to be German "Nieder..." or "Lieder..." something.

Thank You Tim & MZ for your interest.
Indeed it sems to have the flavour of german zugs, to me an early Benz variant.
As a matter of fact I do not speak german or russian, but the uniforms they wear look to me more russian than german.

It is indeed a Bussing;  the distictive feature with their 5 ton lorry is the pronounced forward protrusion of the engine housing.   This design feature carried over in their WW2 offerings as well.

The uniform on the 1st photo is definitely Russian infantry.
But Latin inscription suggests possibly Baltics region.
