To find the pages that you were looking at (and a couple more) click on Tanks Directory in the upper left side of the page, then click on The second World (in roughly the same spot), scroll down through he countries to USSR and the bottom listing is Special Combat Vehicle. Click Brontraktory and the listings will go to the pages that you have here and are translated into English (of sorts) but you can get the general idea. The other links on this page are also good.
