Hi kkfj1,

I had a look at the links and then copied the web address (armor.kiev.ua) into google and then when it came up I hit the translate button.� The whole website can now be read in (broken) English.

To find the pages that you were looking at (and a couple more) click on Tanks Directory in the upper left side of the page, then click on The second World (in roughly the same spot), scroll down through he countries to USSR and the bottom listing is Special Combat Vehicle. Click Brontraktory and the listings will go to the pages that you have here and are translated into English (of sorts) but you can get the general idea.� The other links on this page are also good.

It was many-many words in this forum wroten under Russian armoured tractors.

In the time of 1WW was ONLY ONE built - in Poutiloff work in Petrograd on chassis of american tractor Allis-Chalmers (Name "Achtyrets", later "Ilia Muromets", later "Krasnyj (red) Petersburg") - projakt of colonel Gulkewitsch.

Later, in the time of Civil war in Russia, the Withes built also some armoured tractors in Novorossijsk on the chassis of american tractors Lombard and�english Clayton - maximum six or seven...
