Hi: I'm thinking about building Roden's Rolls, but as used during W.W.1. What needs to be done to the kit to make it W.W.1 issue? I know the wheels should be wire [any thoughts on that?]
Thanks for any help,
Chris Anderson

The turret is an inch taller on the 1920 version, also the armoured flaps at the front should just be plain, whereas the 1920 version has louvres. The visors on the 1920 version aren't both at the same level whereas they are on the WW1 version, as well as the headlamp position.

Personally i'd be surprised (and dissapointed) if Roden didn't release a WW1 version before too long

You could possibly try Resicast for a set of wheels only, from their RR kit

I miss your post, sorry.
Resicast sold separately the R&R spoked whells. Price is quite reasonable and details are wonderfull.
Regarding the conversion, the front fenders and lights are different too.
