I have been searching for information on the WW1 Vickers MG and have been looking for info on the MK 1 and her offspring when I stumbled onto your site/forum. That was a day and a half ago. I have been roaming around here since. Not lost, just admiring the work that I have seen. Excellant work and research one and all. I have just started to do some work in pewter and don't know of course how far I will get. There is one thing that this forums members certainly provide. And that is inspiration. And lots of it. And that indeed is something one and all should be proud of.
They shall grow not old,as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning. We will remember them.
At best one could only hope they leave as much on this forum as they may take.
But I suppose anyone who stumbles onto this forum as I did was looking for something, and in time may leave a little treasure of knowledge that someone may have been looking for. Or even not.
I shall indeed return to feed on the arts of those that in reality are doing the one thing that many in this world do not know how too. "Remember".
