I found some [two] photos Mk IV Male. I think it's replica.

Yep. Definitely Peter (Bad Taste, Lord of The Rings) Jackson's replica.

And you can see that although it is a very good looking toy, he has copied Bovington's incorrect rear end (just like Emhar did, and the restorer of the Ashford Tank).
