German postcard collection.
I did not know that the Russians had a 28cm gun!

Thanks for the link, the images are well worth a look - among others, there are German cavalry troopers with their distinctive helmets, towed machine guns and a heavy gun which might be the one discussed here:

I spy, with my little eye, something beginning with "armoured car"!

"War exhibition in Berlin in which battered airplane, cars and captured trophies are shown"

So, I'm having a guess at the armoured car being the Mgebrov armoured Hotchkiss 60CV, identified by our good friend, Ivan.

I was going to ask about the A C! Thankyou, I knew it would probably be some obscure Russian one!

This AC's German use was discussed here:

.. please note the piece on the lower right of the foto pointed obliquely past the two-wheeled carts just below.   It is a Ruski  76.2mm M1900 divisional gun,  and what makes it  interesting is the splinter shield.    Crudely cut,  they appear on some of the  M 1900s that fell into German hands.
This was a very good QL piece with a superior performing projectile.   It evolved , of course, into the excellent M 1902.
