This range of buildings is expanding and I have bought 3. What is confusing me is which buildings are best suitable for a dio set in France/Belgium. Eurpean architecture is definitley not my strong point.

Could any of our Continental friends point me in the right direction ?

Many thanks

Hi Baldwin I would say airfix has chosen well as you could place these buildings pretty much anywhere in europe...

I'd like to agree. They have a NW French / Belgian flavour to them, but could certainly be used in other settings up to and including the northern part of Poland.

Has anyone got any of these buildings? Could you post some pics?

A search brought up some photos on these shop sites.

Chris

I have got the first 3 that came out. After giving them an undercoat of grey primer I was surprised at the detail. They need painting and weathering but the basic structure is ideal for added scenic work. They would be ideal for that small dio. The only problem I have with them is the wall and roof thickness,it seems a bit excessive.

Apart from that I think they are a good buy. They need extra work as I said but I am very happy with them. Can't decide on a dio now !!!!!!!!!

When I get the chance I will take some pics.
