Thanks! That is great!

I would like to know what it is written on behind: something about Cockerill company. Is it just the name of this steel company?

I can't make out what the first (incomplete) word is, but the rest is definitely Cockerill. It turns out that Mr. Cockerill was born not far from here, in Haslingden, where we now know that there isn't a Tank buried under the local park. He died in 1840 without children, so the company was taken over. The family is worth a google.
