On the alexanderpalace.org site Alexander Palace Time Machine section there is a online book "Blood Stained Russia" where there is a Mgebrov-? 2 turret armored car in the hands of the City Milita or CM. this is probablyright after the Febuary/March Revolution. Perhaps somebody can have a shot at IDing it.

This is Renault Izhorski (Project Staff-Captain W.A. Mgebroff, built 11 units).
The picture shows the transfer of Belgian armored cars division.

Looks like a Mgebrov-Renault armoured car. The twin turret version was built in small quantities in 1916.

All 11 AC's Renault-Ischorski (Mgebroff) was 1916 rebuild to 2nd version with 2 turrel - 1st version was too heavy!

 

Als o Mgebroff project was build a ONE from: Isotta-Fraschini, Benz, White, Russo-Baltique and Pierce-Arrow. Total: 16 armoured cars.
