If your close to Lincoln tomorrow there is a freeby entrance to a WWI Living History Weekend.

The Friends of the Lincoln Tanks are there with models made in WWI and later, the almost mythical Verlinden 1/15 MarkIV, and a couple of large scale RC tanks, a Whippet display, a Vickers MG, Uniforms and other items,  the Lincoln Aviation Society have a desplay about the aircraft built in Lincoln in WWI.

Free entry to the Castle and Cathedral tomorrow.

Continental food in Castle Square as well :)

Sorry Rob, I was chatting so much I didn't get photos of the Whippet display, just got the photo of the officers uniform.

Maybe the person responsible will post photos here, he is a fellow Landshiper.

It is a shame Roger, it was a good show of tanks etc, attracted alot of people. The recent TV coverage of the Great War maybe gathering interest.
