I'm considering the Matador Models Mk I Female conversion kit, does anyone have it and know what it consists of? Aside from the Female sponsons which aren't really needed with the Airfix sponsons now, I suppose it is a replacement roof and cab (which are needed)? As far as I'm aware it's the only game in town for remedying the Airfix kit, aside from scratching it which is beyond my capabilities
It contains a new cab, new roof, two sponsons, four Vickers MGs, and a cargo load covered with a tarpaulin to hide part of Airfix's tail-wheel assembly.
I would add that Matador's sponsons are better than Airfix's, because they have details on the top face.
