In a word, no. The shape of the sponson, plus the unditching beam and rails, plus the silencer, plus the open-topped stowage box at the sloping rear of the roof indicate Mk IV, male.
I would say that's a Mk IV with the 6 pdr gun from a Mk I. Having had a quick look at the site, I think it contains a good many inaccuracies. Our friend the Mk V in 3-colour camouflage crops up again.

And 225 is no Rhomboid serial number. A225 was a Medium A. 225 on the horns would be a Mark IV Female.
Finally, it's the first time I've seen a tank with the unditching rails below the roof of the cab. An unfortunate design flaw or just a very bad drawing? The latter I'm afraid.
