There is (or was, I haven't been for years and get the impression they've all been put in storage) a 1/48 scale model at Bovington (note the little Tritton figure in trademark bowler next to it!):
No Guys I am sorry I dont no who built the model, I found it on a IPMS site. I belive it was an English IPMS. I will try and trace down which site it was.

I've attached a scan, from Glanfield's book, of the Foster's drawings. And yes, the thing is articulated, with a universal joint at the bottom of the vehicle. Above it is another joint of some kind, but I can't make out what it is.
Many thx for the provided drawings, they are most helpful. I have Emailed our good Tim for his info so that I can make a better evaluation so I can play with pre-building it 'in my head'....
As to the upper joint you refer to above the universal joint, my guess would be it's some type of support/stabilizing shaft of some sort thereby relieving the uni-joint from any load other than locomotion.

PostScript: Ya know, my thoughts are to play around with the idea of building this in 1/35th scale.....from the scale provided by the gent standing beside the vehicle in the Bowler hat, this thing would definitely take up some sizable modeling table space!.....but then, who am I kidding, I'm building a 1/87th scale ACW U.S.S. Choctaw Ironclad ship that is just over 3-feet long already!......sheeeeesh
