The Mephisto images were taken when the tank was unloaded in Brisbane from SS Armagh in 1919. I think the building with the cupola in the background

still exists - just can't remember where it is. There is another image of Mephisto being towed up the hill to the old Queensland Museum by a pair of

steamrollers.
