Certainly "mediterrainian" scenary, I'm not too sure about the way they're passing the shells to each other!

Interesting high elevation conversion to this 18 pounder - British crew wearing the Khaki Drill uniform (a cotton, more light coloured version of the Service Dress for use in hotter climates), possibly Salonika (definitely late war as they have Small Box Respirators)
