Here you can watch how the renovation of our FT 17th .... Damaged rear hull plate will be replaced with one that was in the collection of the Museum ....

The first picture at the bottom - a new armor plate..

How did the armour get damaged in the first place, was it war related or plates cracking through age?

I do not know, is a bit of debris and projectiles stuck in a few places .... Perhaps traces of modern wars ...

Nice to see such detailed pictures. Is this particular tank the one you are detailing your 15th scale FT on. I can see having such access to such a vehicle would inspire anyone to carry out such detailed modeling.

I do not have access to the FT, unfortunately, but I have a lot of detailed pictures of this vehicle...

The FT is a bit modernized in a few details, but I'm building a pretty early model - imported from Haller's army in 1920 ...
