Wich gun is this? I think ist the 13.5 cm Kanone 09?

Agree - the gun is a 13cm K09.

There are only a few surviving 13cm (135mm) guns. From memory they are in New Zealand, Ghana, Guernsey and (I think) there's one in the US.
