Mr Modellbau has made some conversion kits for the Meng Model Renault FT-17 (sic). There is a TSF and a 75BS, as well as an "octagonal" or "Omnibus" turret.

Octogonal turret and radio structure are nice.
I'm not so happy with the 75BS one. the rear shape looks wrong to me.
