3D simulation tank Mark IX
Permalink

Hello!
I'm trying to build a 3D model of the tank Mk.IX. But faced with the fact that the network is available in very few pictures from some angles. Can not anyone help with the images back, top and inside the tank?
While it turns out is such a model. Colored lines - a reconstruction of objects in various ways on the photo.
Unfortunately we do not have to personally visit the museum.
I will be glad to any cooperation.

Regards, Dmitry

On the given modification there are three coarse drawings.

I use schemes for information from the English collection. But the work is based on the known dimensions and photographs. Goal - to make a more detailed drawing for manufacturing model. There are techniques that allow you to fix the image on the promising distortion.
There are a few places where I do not know, or how it is arranged, or not completely sure. Not enough photographic material

www.google.co.uk/search

When I next get a chance to go to Bovington, I'll get all the pictures I can.

Hello!
If you look - almost all of the images show the left side and front. There is a pair of images on the right side, but it is partially visible. Rear view is blocked by an object in the frame, and the top image I have not seen at all.

There are several images inside, but they only partially cover the interior.
I meant it. I can build a relatively accurate and reliable 3D (more accurate than can be found now), but I would like to achieve even greater accuracy.

Hi,

Not sure if you've seen any of these ones on WW1 Modeller?

Thank you very much!
I saw this series of photographs. It is the main (and most complete) in my work.

Wow, it's like the right hand side of this tank is camera shy. :)

Found a couple, but really not much out there. Lets hope someone will see this request for information at some point and send you some photos from their collection.
