6 inch howitzer, fitted with the girdles on the wheels.........who needs horsepower when this many chaps can haul it......love those ditches on the side of the road....looks as if there are rails laid down as well......

You are right,they are hauling it along the trackbed of a WDLR line. Things like this drove the Light Railway men mad !!!!!The damage to the trackbed would have been really bad.
