Hello all! I have a new item in my Artillery collection, and i want to share it with you all! This is the German basket for the 77mm fieldguns, for the short rounds. Its a Ersatz Type. Its simplified and made of split wood instead of wicker. Only the bottom is made with wicker. They have been made since 1917 until the end of the war. I found some stamps on the cover "RWC" wich stands for the Rheinische Waffen und Munitionfabrik Cöln.
