In the GBM – Histore de Guerre, Blindés & Matériel, octobre-novembre-decembre 2013, n° 106, Paris, page 40, in the article Les Maxi-Chars first part, the author mentions Paul Malmassari a tank Little Willie II! It should be a connected by joints tank, consisting of several vehicles.

I have no knowledge of it until now!

Does anyone know more about it?

A jointed tank, or articulated tank, makes me think of Crompton's designs. Could that be what he means?

Hedi - I thought I had that issue, but I haven't. Can you type the relevant passage so we can have a good look at it? There might be a clue. As PDA says, it could be the articulated Pedrail or one of Crompton's tandem gun carriers.

It has from time to time struck me as a pity that the British and French contributors aren't always fully informed about each other's tank development. I've seen a few misunderstandings about the British side of things even in articles that François V has written, and we Anglais are also sometimes guilty. Maybe we should liaise more.

Anyway, talking of GBM - see next amazing post.

I don't know where to contact Col. Malmassari - maybe someone else on the Forum does - but I speak French. Come to think of it, Michel (Tanker) is in contact with François V, so maybe we can get through that way. But in the meantime, if you put the French up here I'll have a look at it.
