No. 4 tank of Abt. 11. Run on a land mine on July 15th, 1918. Sat abandoned in no-man's-land for some time, but was accessible to German soldiers. Was blown up in late September 1918 when the Germans beat the retreat.

No. 5 tank (HEDDA II ?) of Abt. 11 sat close by and shared No. 4's destiny.
