The November issue of the British Railroad Modeller (vol 22 No 8) has three articles on armoured trains  . . . . a WW1 yard engine, a WW 2 armoured train, and suitable figures.

What he means is the Meridian armoured simplex. There is the first of a series of articles on a small WDLR layout, featuring a "lift bridge" and then an article on figures.
