Thank you very much for these links. I have been trying to find one of these presentation tank plaques that had survived and although this one is damaged it is at least still extant.

The tank did not come from France! I did an article for this very paper on the tank a number of years ago in which I mentioned the myth about it being a genuine veteran... Forgot about that soon enough
