Following on from the de Poix article, I mentioned a while back that the tracks on what we now know to be the de Poix bore quite a resemblance to the Diplock Chaintracks of 1911 and 1911/12. Couple of pics below. Hope there is agreement.
What I also came across is what might be old, but I don't remember seeing it before: all the Diplock machines in one place in this article from The Engineer, 1917
