 Thanks a lot!  I'll probably do that as my next WW1 project-the very first German tank in existence.  WW2 was very different for German tanks of course.

I bought the kit and decided to start on it-the Mark IV kit just proved to be too much (especially the tracks), so I gave it away.

Problem is, what colors would the tank be, actually?  I read that German color standards weren't too strict.

Shame about the MK IV but know what you mean about the tracks. Be interesting to hear how the Meng kit goes, one I like the look of myself.

Looking at the link to Armorama, at least the tracks for it, though difficult, are not crazy tedious , and the builder seemed to like them.

On colors, the box art is close, but according to one source I have at least one was overall field gray, FWIW
