HI,

Just thought I would say hello,

like quite a few modellers I am starting to build some of the 1:35 ww1 kits now available, beginning with the TAKOM mkiv male - AAAARRRGGHH! what a pain!! caused mainly by the CAD instruction's not showing how parts appear when fitted-perhaps they (TAKOM) should look at a MINIART instruction book!.

Hi and welcome. Just built the female version so know what you mean but lots of dry fit testing and it works out ok. Am sure you are anyway but use one of inner hull side panels as a jig to set the correct angles on the main body pieces without actually glueing to the side panel. Biggest issue I found was getting the wheels in place, some needed persausion. Look forward to seeing your build :)
