After the Second World War as a Ironworks Silesia Rybnik (Huta Silesia Rybnik, now district of the city of Rybnika Paruszowca). Today Ironworks in liquidation.
Yours Chris.
In the rear exhibition of the Artillery Museum, St. Petersburg, Russia, there is a 10.5-cm LEFH 16 howitzer No. 22043 of the 1917 model. I do not know why poorly educated museum workers identified this item as " a 107-mm QF field gun of the Krupp system. Germany ", but this is a label with such content, which stands next to the gun.
But my questions concern the "SR"(or "RS") mark and the numbers on the breech of the gun. What are they about?
Thanks!
