Mark I walkaround photos?

Currently I'm bulding a Mark I Male tank from Takom and was wondering if there are some good photos of the tank in Bovington. There are a few things that I'd like to look at before I use glue/putty...

Bov's MkI is regarded as being somewhat of a hybrid, with modifications not present on WW1 tanks, so unless you're making the Takom MkI as Bov's tank, as displayed, it won't be accurate.

Here you can find one oud picture of the tale of the mark 1, second row, third picture.

a Google search may give you more results from visitors of the Tank Museum.

best regards,

Willem

These are the best tail's pictures I've ever seen! Strangely Google didn't find them. So it looks like that I'll need some putty.

Thanks!

Is it? What modifications are you thinking of?

I recognise this is the case with Bovington's Mark II but I'm not aware of modifications to the Mark I.

Although a smaller scale, we talk about the Tail Assembly here... landships.activeboard.com/t56621860/improving-the-mb-mk1-tanks-steering-tail/

A few weeks ago I saw a thread where someone has attached some nice picuters showig how the wires were connected to the hydraulic ram. Does anyone associate these pictures? I'm not going to use the shields around the cylinder, so it would be nice to show these wires.

Did you mean this thread:
landships.activeboard.com/t61572555/mark-i-steering-tail-questions/
There are drawings showing the cables .....
Best regards,
Willem

That's strange... When I type in Mark I in the search bar it doesn't find this thread. Anyway, thanks for the link, the pictures there help a lot. But the image I'm looking for is not there. It was a 3D image, similar to the attached one (I took it from here http://landships.activeboard.com/t56621860/improving-the-mb-mk1-tanks-steering-tail/). I remember that one part on this image was green.
