An old friend in Chile sent me this picture, labeled As " Bolivian Artillery during the War of the Pacific" ( 1879-1883) from Bolivian sources.. I was doubtful about the uniforms, which seemed of a later vintage. He identified it as a photo taken during the Bolivian Civil War of 1895. He further identified the piece as a Krupp 60 mm, as he had seen pictures of Chilean Krupp 60 mm guns and they appeared to be the same/ I, on the other hand take it to be a Krupp 75 mm L.33 mod.. 1880 mountain gun. Any ideas?
