anybody any idea for good quality russian of World War 1 in small scale? I can find nothing about it. Ok, there is Zevezda, Hat etc., but the quality is absolutely poor...

Usually people say that Zvezda are the best, but their WW1 set is too large. Have you tried backdating some of the Prieser sets?

I saw Zvezda figures on plastic soldiers webside and I don`t like them. Until yet I don`t nothing about russian Prieser sets of WW1. There are some kits of WW2 and some sets, which would be useful are in wrong scale (1/87)....

Yes, I was talking of the WW2 sets by Preiser - maybe it is possible to change them to make them suitable for WW1? They did make some in 1/72: http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=782

And there is the hard plastic Zvezda figures. Again, these are WW2 but you may be able to do some of your magic with them: http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=1501
