What is this vehicle called and what chassis is it using? No photo description IWM Q 102145

Another image of this vehicle appears on page 54 of 'British Military Transport 1829-1956' by David Fletcher. The text indicates that it was called the 'Caterlorry' and the prototype was "...a normal Peerless Army lorry mounted on a pair of track frames, instead of wheels, which was designed to be easy enough for the average MT driver to handle with just the most basic instruction." The prototype appeared in 1919 but nothing became of it. Fletcher suggests that the track system but be related to the work being done by Lt. Col. Philip Johnson, an 'innovative' Tank Corps officer. His team "...created prototypes of full- and half-tracked lorries, staff cars and even a despatch rider's motorcycle." (page 53).

I've seen a line drawing of this lorry and trailer somewhere, but I can't remember where.
