I don't think the gun is German.

The photo caption is in Polish and says "Blessing of the Danuta and Rzepich armored train in Poznań May 1919"

The armoured train Danuta was built in 1919 and served during the Battle of Warsaw in 1920 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danuta_(armoured_train))

My guess is that the gun is Russian - I think it's a 7.62cm Obuchov Mountain gun M1904. There is at least one surviving M1904 gun in Rumania and another

in a different mounting in Finland.
